Ulster EPC is part of Property Assessors Ltd, an independent family run company based in Northern Ireland with several other offices across England and Wales. We have been providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and Home Information Packs (for England & Wales) since May 2007, which makes us one of the most, if not the most, experienced EPC providers in Northern Ireland today.

In accordance with European Law requirements, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) were introduced into Great Britain and Northern Ireland and are now required for every property type being sold or let. They were introduced in England and Wales in 2007 as part of Home Information Packs ( HIPs) and were introduced into Northern Ireland in 2008. Our understanding is that the Northern Ireland government do not intend to bring the HIP here.

We have been performing Energy Assessments and producing EPCs from when they first became a requirement in England and Wales in August 2007 working with estate agents, solicitors as well as other Home Information Pack providers and have valuable experience in this relatively new field.

Our team of qualified Energy Assessors all have previous experience in the property and construction industry from tradesmen to engineers and therefore can provide a fast, friendly and professional service to home sellers, landlords, estate agents, solicitors, architects and builders with confidence.

Our Energy Assessors are all fully government accredited & qualified with full professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
